Latest Work
The last two years have been an exciting time for us, particularly with the growth of Quest Kudos magazine, the expansion of Racing World and the development of two new specialty racing shows in Jump and Spring. All this on top of our work with the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games organisation and Women's Golf Victoria in 2006, plus our ongoing commitment to Racing Victoria, Sportsbrand Media, the Sunday Herald Sun, Golf Victoria and Text Pacific. We also have a couple of exciting projects in the offing for later in 2008.
We also have a selection of recent articles produced by HMS available for you to read online.
QUEST KUDOS MAGAZINE
Harding Media Services is publisher of the Quest Kudos Magazine for Quest Serviced Apartments. Our brief was to re-launch the magazine as a lively business and lifestyle magazine to appeal to Quest’s customers, suppliers and stakeholders. The magazine is published bi-annually and our fifth edition in early 2008 is the best yet. It includes business stories on franchising, finance and technology, plus travel, music, the environment and an interesting piece on the use of Feng Shui in the Workplace.
RACING VICTORIA ANNUAL REPORT & MEDIA GUIDE
In recent years we have formed a strong relationship with Racing Victoria Ltd, publishing their last three annual reports and in the spring of 2006, we wrote the RVL Spring Carnival Media Guide.
SPORTSBRAND MEDIA
In early 2008, we completed our third 52-week series of Racing World and immediately started work on our fourth. Since we took over this unique pay television show, the number of clients taking it has more than doubled and it is now screened in more than 90 countries around the world. You can see it in Australia on TVN and ESPN.
In addition to Racing World, we partnered with Sportsbrand Media to produce two DVDs for the International Cricket Council. The DVDs contained information and advice for all international cricketers and addressed the ICC Drug Code and the ICC Code of Conduct. They were not for commercial release.
WOMEN’S GOLF VICTORIA
Women’s Golf Victoria has now completed its centenary year and was delighted with the way the celebrations went. A key part of the centenary was our special address book which is timeless and still available for sale.
Karen used her knowledge of women’s golf and worked closely with WGV to produce a terrific publication of which we are extremely proud. The address book is ideal for golfers to store the contact details of their golfing colleagues and other friends. It features a series of historic black and white photos, celebrating many of the significant Victorian players over the last 100 years. For details on how to purchase the address book, contact us on +613 97876595 or email karen@hardingmedia.com.au
MELBOURNE 2006 COMMONWEALTH GAMES SPECIAL PUBLICATIONS
One of our great friends, writer Travis Cranley, has written two outstanding books on Melbourne’s successful staging of the Commonwealth Games. We were delighted to assist by proofreading and consulting on the two projects. The first book was Seventy One Lights – the story of the Queens Baton Relay. The second was United By The Moment – the story of the staging of the Games. While our contribution was only small, it was a pleasure to be involved in these two magnificent publications.
